We provide a 1+2 Years (Subscribed) warranty for purchases made on Sol242.com. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
This warranty covers any functional defects in the Sol242 Power device. If the device experiences a malfunction during the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement as deemed necessary by our authorized technicians.
Additionally, if the side protection cover is damaged within one year of purchase, customers may send it back to us, and we will provide the necessary replacement parts to restore it to its original condition.
Please note:
To facilitate repair services, customers must register the Serial Number (SN) located on the back label of the machine.
When applying for repairs, please provide the correct SN number. Providing an incorrect or missing SN may cause delays or prevent repair services.
How to Claim Your Warranty

Step 2: Contact the Sol242 Customer Service Team through the website or via WhatsApp.
Please attach a short video showing the issue.
Step 3: If your claim is approved, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form.
If your item is eligible under the Sol242 Warranty Policy, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label if you are located in the United States.
Please note: We can only provide prepaid return shipping labels for return packages within the United States.
For returns in The Bahamas, please contact our Customer Service Team at cs@sol242.com for detailed return instructions.
Packaging Reminder: Make sure the product is securely packaged before shipping to prevent further damage.
Step 4: Sol242 will proceed with a replacement within 15 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
The final resolution depends on availability of replacement items.

6.Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
7.Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
8.Lost or stolen products;
9.Free products.
